Dr. Zane Montefalco is a highly skilled general and cosmetic dentist in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Dr. Montefalco graduated with honors, earning three scholarships in recognition of his academic and clinical excellence.

Raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Montefalco grew up as one of five children in a family deeply rooted in dentistry. His father is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, and his mother is a General Dentist, both practicing in Indianapolis.

Prior to joining Care Dental, Dr. Montefalco worked in private practice in Santa Barbara, California and his hometown of Indianapolis. Dr. Montefalco provides comprehensive dental care with a focus on cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, dental implants, and clear orthodontic aligners. Dr. Montefalco works closely with his patients to provide the highest quality and individualized dental care.

Dr. Montefalco lives with his wife, Nicole, an Emergency Veterinarian, and their dog, Millie.
