At Care Dental, we offer premium-quality dental care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below, you will find a list of payment options that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call any of our offices to find out what other options may be available to you. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Even if you don’t already have an account established with CareCredit, we can help you get one started from our office through a very simple application process, which is typically not more than one phone call. It is used by millions of patients to help in all phases of dentistry, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, and anesthesia services. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
